✅ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and Support Behavior Technicians (BTs) through modeling, real-time feedback, and training to ensure fidelity of ABA implementation.
- Design and Monitor Client Programming tailored to each child’s needs, using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and functional behavior assessments.
- Lead Parent Collaboration and Training sessions to empower caregivers and promote generalization of skills outside of direct therapy.
- Conduct Client Intake & Assessments, including structured observations and behavioral evaluations for autism treatment plans.
- Contribute to Clinical Team Development through direct training and performance feedback, and collaborate with clinical leadership on staffing decisions, including hiring, retention, and advancement.
- Participate in Client Onboarding by leading intake activities, including parent interviews, direct behavioral observations, and administration of behavioral and adaptive assessments to inform initial treatment planning.
- Use Digital Systems for documentation, data collection, and billing compliance.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed or license-eligible as a LABA in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of hands-on ABA experience delivering meaningful outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re confident working with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Solid understanding of ABA assessments and evaluations, including tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and functional assessments
- Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable using digital platforms, including electronic data collection systems, word processing tools, and spreadsheets

Compensation: $73,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Clients come to us after a diagnosis of autism is made, and our mission is to then equip them with the necessary tools that enhance independence and quality of life. Our ABA therapy and services – from center-based, to in-home, to virtual – provide our clients with a large variety of kinds and types of tools to improve social and learning skills and live a rich and full life. Our team is comprised of compassionate, qualified, and experienced ABA service providers committed to helping increase socially significant behavior and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Our BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) are fully credentialed by the BACB (Behavior Analysis Certification Board) and are current with all licensing and certifications. Our BTs (Behavior Technicians) undergo a rigorous on-boarding training as well as ongoing professional development and work under the close supervision of the BCBAs.
